Whether you call it wheat or
wheat does not matter - it is the same drink: sparkling, refreshing
and with an ordinary alcoholic. It is a top-fermented beer that must
be produced in Germany at least to half of wheat malt.
There is the clear (Crystal
wheat) or the unfiltered (yeast beer) beer, which so delighted us in
the summer. The colour scale ranging from pale yellow to nearly to
the black beer, where the dark wheat beer places have generally a
higher alcohol content. Beer must be stored necessarily cool, dark
and standing. Serving temperature should be between 7 degrees
(Crystal wheat and up to ten degrees (dark beer) are. The slice of

wheat beer
Ingredients for four people:
A liter wheat beer, a litre
of white wine, a bottle of dry champagne, half a pack of frozen
raspberries, an eighth liter syrup, 125 g icing sugar.
Preparation:
First dissolve the powdered
sugar in the beer, then stir the syrup and the white wine. The frozen
raspberries and champagne until a few hours before serving in the

Recipe:- Bavarian cream
Ingredients for four people:
350 g of mascarpone cheese,
125 g sugar, three sheets of gelatine, four egg yolks, a pinch of
cinnamon, 150 g whipped cream, one bottle beer (dark), Ladyfingers.
Preparation:
Stir the egg yolks with the
sugar and the pinch hit cinnamon over the water bath, then the soaked
gelatine. Mascarpone, stir, to finally lift the whipped cream in the
cooled mass, soak the Ladyfingers with wheat beer.
